So, let's make it easy ; what's not included ; Flights, airport transfer and accommodations.

 

Flights are easily available via the internet, airport transfers can be booked via a link we provide and accommodations can be booked via our online accommodation booking system.

 

Photography is included, the photo's are not. You choose the photo's you want to order.

 

That being said, below is a detailed list of the services included in your package.

Your wedding venue is included

The rent of the wedding venue is included. Choose betweeen our various wedding venues. Most venues are exclusive for groups of 80 persons or more. If not, then you will have a private area in the venue, and there may be other clients, but no other wedding or event.

Your wedding setting is included

A beautiful wedding setting, with a romantic white arch and bench for you to sit on, and enough chairs for up to 50 persons in total. Sound system, carpet, flowers, decorations as described on the wedding setting page. It's all included.

Your professional wedding photographer is included

Professional wedding photographer arriving 1/2 hour before the ceremony, and stays until the first dance, with a maximum of 8 hours.  The foto's are not included. once edited, they're placed in an online galery where you can select and order at 3.75 € each.

A welcome drink for your guests, until all guests have arrived, is included

If guests will be arriving with their own transport, or a taxi, then it's likely that not all guests will arrive at the same time.

A welcome drink quenches your guests thirst whill they're waiting until all guests have arrived. 1 drink per person is included.

Your wedding ceremony is included

A personal blessing ceremony, written especially for you, and performed by your certified wedding blessing ceremony officiant.

Blessing ceremony certificate, rent of the cushion for the wedding rings, unity candle ceremony, ... it's all included.

Your professional wedding coördinator is included.

Our professional wedding coördinator arrives 1/2 hour before the ceremony, and welcomes your guests when they arrive.

From then on, he coördinates the day, ans stays until the first dance, with a maximum of 8 hours.

Your wedding bouquets and 2 buttonholes matching your theme and style is included

A beautiful posy wedding bouquet, and a matching buttonhole for the groom and the father of the bride is included. The flowers in the wedding setting are matched to the style and colours of your wedding bouquet.

A white - chauffeur driven - mini countryman bridal car is included

A wedding coördinator drives the bride and her father from the accommodation to the wedding venue in a white "mini countryman" bridal car with ribbons matching your theme and colours. Arrive in style to your wedding ! Maximum 5 km from the wedding venue.

Your wedding reception is included

A 1-hour wedding reception with 3 drinks per person, accompanied by almonds, olives and chips.

During the second part of the reception, the photographers organise a photoshoot, first with the wedding couple, then adding guests.

Your wedding dinner table decorations are included

The type of tables and chairs depend on the venue chosen. Some venue have round banquet tables seating 8-12 persons, whereas other venues only have square or rectangular "imperial" tables. Tables are decorated with romantic centerpiece decorations and candles.

Your 4-course wedding dinner is included

Appetizers, starters, salads, and main course, and wine, beer, refreshmants and water are included during the dinner.

Your wedding cake is included

A beautiful wedding cake, with choice between various flavours of spaonge and filling, and a decoration matching your wedding theme and colours, it's all included. 2-tier for minimum 16 guests, 3-tier for minimum 36 guests, 4-tier for minimum 64 guests.

A sound system allowing you to play your playlist during dinner is included.

A sound system with connection for an mp3 player, iphone, ipad, ... is includedso you can play your playlist as background music during dinner. A microphone is also included, in case your guests want to do a speech.

A professional, international DJ is included.

No wedding without a party ! So a professional DJ is included, with experience with wedding couples and guests from many countries.

The DJ starts after the cutting of the cake and goes on for a maximum of 4 hours.

A 2-hour free bar is included.

2-hours of free bar with unlimited beer, wine, longdrinks, refreshments and water is included. After 2 hours you can prolong at 9 € per person and per hour ( availability is subject to the nº of persons remaining and confirmation by the venue )

A midnight snack - choice of mini sandwiches is included.

For those getting hungry again, a midnight snack is included.

The choice of snack depends on the venue, but usually consists of mixed sandwiches.

A personal wedding website, to inform your guests is included

A personal wedding website, for you to personalize, add text, photo's and links so that it's easy for your guests to obtain all the information they need to plan their attendance to your wedding, and an RSVP form to confirm their attendance to you.

The planning and organisation of the services in this package is included.

You don't have to pay any wedding planner fee or commission to us, it's all included for the services included in this package.

So, how much does this All inclusive wedding package in Spain cost ?

Again no surprises or small print here, the price is very simple, straightforward and ideal for weddings abroad on a budget !

All of the above listed and described services are included for groups up to 50 persons in total, for larger groups there is a surcharge.

 

The price consists of a fixed part (regardless of the nº of persons), to which you have to add a price per person x the nº of persons.

There is only one price per person, regardless of the age. Only children of 0-3 years are free of charge.

A minimum of 25 persons will be charged, even if your group is smaller.

Price up to 50 persons in total : 2995 € + VAT (21%) + 69 € + VAT (10%) per person.

Per extra group of 50 persons :   500 € + VAT (21%), + 69 € + VAT (10%) per person.
