Step 1 ; choose your wedding date and venue !
Planning your wedding is very easy with our all inclusive weddings abroad package.
Almost everything is included so there are very few decisions and choices to make.
The first step is to choose a wedding date and venue so we can check availability for you.
The all inclusive wedding abroad package is a very special deal, and venues have the right to not accept the package on friday, saturday, sunday, and holidays, and in July and August restrictions may apply.
So, the very first step is to contact us so we can agree on a date with you, and the venue.
Step 2 : the wedding planner agreement
As soon as a wedding date has been set, and agreed upon by you and the venue, the next step is to book the date, the venue, and our services as your wedding planners.
No surprises, no small print, just a simple and straighforward agreement so we can start.
At this time, you only have to pay for the fixed part of the all inclusive weddings abroad package.
The price per person only needs to be paid when your guest list is final, approximately oner month before the wedding.
Step 3 ; choose the accommodation(s)
We coöperate with selected accommodations to everyones budget, and very suitable for weddings. And they're nearby our wedding venues, limiting the cost of local transport.
Each of these accommodations has guaranteed that the price they offer for our weddings, is the lowest on the market, and we offer accommodations as low as 19 € per person and per night, breakfast included, depending on the accommodation chosen and the date.
We recommend to select preferably one, and maximum 3 accommodations to offer to your guests, it saves on local transport, and it's more fun to be in group.
We then activate these selected accommodations in our online booking system, and put a link and the password to access the booking system on your personal wedding website.
Step 4 ; personalise your wedding website
We prepare a wedding website for you, which already contains a lot of useful information for your guests.
You just need to personalise the website, with your text and images, and add information specific to your wedding.
Then you can direct your guests to your personal wedding website, where they can confirm their attendance and start planning their trip to the Spanish Costa Blanca
Step 5 ; send your wedding invitations
Now that everything is set, you're ready to send out the wedding invitations, and advise your guests to go to your personal wedding website, where they can confirm their attendance, find all the necessary information to help plan their trip, book their accommodation, airport transfer, rental car, ...
When a guest confirms his attendance, you will be notified by e-mail.
Step 6 ; the final straight line to your wedding
In due time we will notify you of the decisions that remain to be made, such as theme, colours, menu, ...
You can then start thinking about these important details.
About one month prior to the wedding, when your guest list is final, you advise us of the final number of people attending, and of the choices you have made.
Then we send you a payment link for the cost per person, and when we receive the payment, we are all set to go, and the final countdown to the most beautiful day of your life has begun !
